ERSA's annual review was launched at the Annual General Meeting in April 2015. During the year, membership rose to 188 organisations, with two thirds of the membershpi now not for profit. The year saw a significant increase in membership services, including the advent of the Youth Employment Forum, the Scottish Network and the 'Get to Grips With' training series.

Over the last year, ERSA has gone from strength to strength. Highlights from the last year include a joint conference with the National Housing Federation; the success of ERSA's salary and benefits survey; the launch of two new forums and work around the publication of ERSA Work Programme performance statistics.
ERSA achieved a 44 per cent increase in membership, spearheaded the establishment of a professional institute for the welfare to work industry and supported the industry through the transition from predecessor programmes to the Work Programme.
Our membership booklet highlights our key achievements from 2010 / 2011. These included securing the extension of many existing welfare to work contracts, shaping the design of the Work Programme and working to improve supply chain relationships.
