A number of opportunities exist at this year's conference, aimed at organisations wishing to engage with the sector. The ERSA conference attracts around 300 decision makers working in the sector. Many of the opportunities include full access conference passes.

Terms and conditions:
Conference fee includes attendance, per person from 8am - 6pm, conference materials (includes a printed programme and attendee list), refreshments, lunch and followed by a drinks reception, including light refreshments.
Payments and refunds:
VAT will be applied at the current rate. Requests for refunds received four weeks prior to the conference (by Wednesday 9 November) will be processed minus an admin fee of £75. Refund requests received after this date (from Thursday 10 December) will not be considered. Places can be substituted at anytime at no additional costs, please email details to email@example.com in advance. Please note, only confirmed bookings including substitutions received by Thursday 1 December will be included on the printed attendee list. In the event of any situation that prevents your organisation from attending, for example but not limited to; transport strikes, adverse weather conditions, acts of god, terrorist attack or personal health, ERSA will not be held responsible and is unable to offer refunds. Bookings are managed by eventbrite and payment can be made via credit/debit card, invoice or cheque. ERSA's prefered method of payment is by credit or debit card. All outstanding payments must be received in advance of the conference.

If you provide a purchase order at the time of booking, an updated invoice will be emailed to you shortly. If you still need to raise a purchase order, once that is available, please forward along with this confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org for that to be added. All outstanding conference payments should be made by the conference date (Thursday 8 December), any exceptions must be communicated in advance to ERSA by email via Laura Benfield (email@example.com).
