ERSA is the national membership body campaigning for high quality services for the UK's jobseekers and low earners.
Who are ERSA members?
ERSA's members deliver services to jobseekers and learners across the UK. ERSA supports them through a wide mix of policy support, campaigns and services.
ERSA's members come from all sectors and are active in the following fields:
Educational settings, including those providing information, advice and guidance
Services to increase and sustain the employability of current and future jobseekers
Services to help people maintain and develop in employment
Services to support enterprise and self employment
Associated activities, including research, campaigns, policy, funding and advice services aimed at increasing employability
Activities are funded through public, commercial, charitable grant or contract income or through self-funded means. All our members recognise the potential of people and communities and work together to deliver the very best services.
Ensuring ERSA stays representative of the sector is vital. Our members put jobseekers and low earners at the heart of what they do. If you are interested in becoming part of a movement of organisations wanting to influence the policy environment and improve their own services to ensure current and future jobseekers plus low earners get the best possible support to gain and sustain employment, contact [email protected] to learn more.
