This paper has been developed by ERSA in response to the government disability and health employment strategy – the discussion so far.

The response outlines ERSA’s thoughts on specialist provision, and in particular, mental health support needs. ERSA has identified the importance of appropriate supported employment, progress measures and payment models that enable providers and employers to be incentivised to support jobseekers with more intensive requirements.
