Location: London (office & home)
Salary Package: £32k – £40k basic + £10k commission

Seeking confident and talented business development and employer engagement professionals seeking a career opportunity, rather than just another sales role.

Overview:

Working for a global education and training provider, you will develop new and grow existing customer relationships, promoting the benefits of Apprenticeships and staff development solutions.

A typical week:

  • Consultatively engage with new & existing clients
  • Utilise call, email & LinkedIn campaigns to achieve success
  • Meet, present & follow up with clients
  • Networking & attendance at industry specific events

About you:

  • Track record of achieving B2B sales targets
  • Confident communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work deadlines & quality standards
  • Apprenticeship, Employability, Recruitment or related sector experience (advantageous)

You will receive a holistic induction & ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.
