About our Role

As a Manufacturing Tutor, your role will be to deliver innovative, engaging, and motivational learning sessions to our learners, to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours and support them with their long-term goals and career aspirations.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Tutor to deliver skills training including LEAN.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is therefore essential for this role.

The skills you will bring

You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent industry experience or a good working knowledge of our subject areas. In addition you should have experience of embedding maths, English, Equality, Diversity and British Values.

You will hold a Level 4 Teaching qualification, Assessor Award and Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent as a minimum. You will be able to display a range of teaching methods to engage with learners with barriers to employment and training. You should be a confident communicator who is able to build valuable relationships and be happy working to and delivering against targets.
