Salary: £32,393 to £35,781

 We are hoping to secure a new service in Greater Manchester. This will support NEET and at risk of NEET young people who face barriers to progression into learning, training and employment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and confident Team Manager.

We are looking for somebody with strong relationship management skills and operational experience to deliver with success. This contract supports young people into quality learning, training and employment opportunities and it is part funded through ESF. You will lead a team of Key Workers working across Manchester and Salford who will actively engage with young people to progress them into learning, training and employment opportunities.

As the Team Manager, you will manage the operational delivery of this contract to ensure it meets its aims, objectives and contracted targets. You will be skilled in managing people and in leading a high performing team to meet their targets. You will be effective in managing relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders and partner organisations.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering ‘payment by results’ contracts, managing people and be skilled in the multi-tasking required of a successful manager.

Your Package

In return, our full-time staff enjoy a 35h working week and we also offer flexitime – so if we ask you to do extra hours, we’ll make sure you can take them back another time. Team Managers are paid on a scale between £32,393- £35,781 with reimbursement for any additional travel, plus various benefits, including great training, career progression, birthday leave, Perkbox, Green Cycle to Work scheme and lots more. Holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays, increasing with longer service.
