This is a permanent opportunity with a closing date of 20th January 2022, interviews are planned to be held week commencing 31st January 2022.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality, dynamic, and responsive service across London. The programme is target driven and they will be responsible for delivering accredited programmes and supporting young people to access work placements. These programmes will be provided to young people in small groups both in the classroom and remotely.

We are looking for someone who has energy, focus and attention to detail, experience of delivering on ESFA or similar funded training programmes. They will also have experience of delivering English and Maths up to Level 2, Employability and ideally have sector specific qualifications which can be utilised within the programmes.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Proactively recruit, assess and engage with an agreed number of learners in line with contracts.
  • Organise and deliver employability skills, vocational skills, English and maths for young people through a blended learning approach including the use of digital based delivery models in group sessions
  • Carry out initial assessments and learning plans for each young person and monitor their progress through regular reviews
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of resources and processes
