Caroline Fox is the CEO of Twin Group, a company formed 25 years ago with her Twin sister.  Twin has two main businesses.  The first is a UK employability and skills focused business, acting as prime contractor to national Government bodies, like DWP, ESFA and the NCS trust,  also regional commissioners like LEPs and GLA. It also subcontracts for other industry participants.  It serves a wide range of service end-users, from NEETS and disadvantaged demographic groups to families, parents, ex-offenders, university graduates  – and teenagers aged 16-17 from all backgrounds.  The second is an international education and student travel, serving students from 90+ nations, with English schools,  teacher training, work experience provision and  “young learner programmes” in the UK and Ireland.

Caroline achieved a Directorship at Pitman’s colleges at the age of 29, before setting up Twin from a spare bedroom.  She then describes her career development as the continual addition of skills in Finance, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and most importantly, building a high performing management team.  Resident in Southeast London, outside of her work, Caroline’s interests are travel, family and Cockapoo Phoebe.  Caroline’s main focus daily is thinking of ways to link both parts of Twin to maximise life-improving opportunities for all who have access to Twin services.
