Liz Sewell is Director of Belina Consulting and runs their GRoW Programme to support women excluded from the labour market get back to work. She has worked as a consultant advising public sector on Childcare for staff and is a former Chief Executive of Gingerbread, Director of the Insitute of Employability Professionals and Chair of Trustees at the Welfare Rights organisation LASA. She is a Fellow of the IEP.
