What if every jobseeker could receive personalised coaching — without increasing advisor caseloads? Participant facing online tools have been around for many years, but are often poorly engaged with and nearly always generic. In this session hosted by ERSA, Ryan Cottell and David Heard from Shortlister show how participants can now receive instant, personalised training for the exact job they want – whether it’s at Café Nero or NASA – and how advisors can track progress at a glance. This is AI working with humans, not against them – devising unique support for each participant to increase engagement and accelerate job outcomes.

Part of the ERSA’s Artificial Intelligence Series of online events, this time hosted by Beam

We find ourselves in a moment where we can see a new generation of technology coming in – but what does it actually look like in practice? And how will it change frontline support during a period of rising inequality?

In this session, Beam will be looking at how they’re building AI tools to help frontline teams transform the support they’re delivering.

Beam has been building digital solutions for supporting people since 2017. After creating a suite of AI tools for their own casework teams, they’ve now launched Magic Notes (www.magicnotes.ai)

Magic Notes allows frontline staff to record meetings on their phone before a detailed summary is automatically generated. Users can then switch between templates which restructure the summary to meet required reporting standards, turning a task that used to take hours into minutes.

Interested in hearing more about how Beam is using AI or testing Magic Notes for yourself? Join Seb, Cofounder of Beam, and Beth, Product Lead on Magic Notes.
