About the winner

Gary Swan – nominated by Routes To Work Ltd

Gary was supported by employability and skills charity Routes To Work after experiencing a life-altering brain injury. He needed employability support and counselling to move forward. With his experience in hospitality, Gary secured a job he loves – welcoming and seating the customers in a restaurant.
