Fiona came into the sector 17 years ago building on an international career in HR and Education. Gaining experience in both private and public sector employability delivery, Fiona went on to lead Slough Aspire CIC, an award-winning place-based social enterprise and public-private partnership. As Head of Strategic Partnerships at Fedcap she is responsible for delivering the business development strategy while securing funding or partnerships that expand support for those who need it most.
