Horizon Finance – Finalist in the Small or Medium Employer

Work Solutions have worked with Horizon Finance since early 2012. Work Solutions have now developed a relationship where mutual trust has resulted in Horizon relying on Work Solutions for most of their call centre staff in Stockport. 

Between February 2012 and November 2013 Horizon Finance has employed 124 candidates sourced via Work Solutions from the Work Programme.Horizon Finance personally attend Work Solutions job fairs where they take the time to meet with and discuss call centre and customer service careers and the opportunities they can present. Opportunities are given to candidates with no relevant experience and in some cases with no work experience at all.
