On 1 July, join ERSA and Bayes Impact, a European tech non-profit leveraging new technologies to solve social issues. Experts in the field of unemployment, digital transformation and impactful products they will be presenting Bob, their digital coaching solution.
After having supported +300,000 jobseekers in France, Bayes Impact have adapted their technology to the UK market as part of the Nesta Career tech challenge which they have won.
Bob has been designed to empower jobseekers providing instant, online advice on how to best conduct their job search and maximize their chance of finding a sustainable job.
It also supports career coaches in their work by giving them access to key information such as an assessment of user’s situation, contextualized labor market data and available resources to support the jobseeker.
The technology relies on multiple sources of data to make tailored and accurate judgements on potential job search challenges, and appropriate, live recommendations of jobs likely to be hiring or tailored resources to use.
Bayes Impact will be presenting their NGO, the story of Bob, what is it, as well as a demo of the technology in motion.
How did it start, what can it do, what were the processes to build this technology and many other great insights will be shared, so don’t miss this chance to discover Bob!
