ERSA recognises the importance of evidence to the employment support sector. There are a huge number of different methods and approaches to delivering support, and it is vital as we move forward to ensure that the sector learns from what has already been done to ensure that employment support programmes deliver the most effective interventions possible.
To that end we have developed the ERSA Evidence Hub. The hub draws together research from across the sector to offer you easy access to a wealth of evidence and information in one convenient database. The hub contains over 400 research reports, covering areas including devolution, service design, welfare and conditionality, employers and more.
The full hub is only available to ERSA members.
