Working for Better Work

Frontline Manager of the Year

• Shanice Martin, Triage

Applauding a manager of front-line staff, this award recognises an exceptional, committed and high performing individual, effectively and compassionately supporting their team to achieve great things.

Caroline Fox from Twin says: “Twin Group is delighted to support this ERSA Award because without effective frontline managers, delivery partners could not generate the positive outcomes which clients, employers and programme commissioners expect. Those shortlisted deserve recognition for developing their teams, encouraging better performance, building excellent relationships with stakeholders, and going the extra mile. Their drive to achieve results not only inspires their team but also sets a remarkable standard for all colleagues in an organisation.

“The ERSA Employability Awards are an undoubted highlight of the calendar. They draw attention to an unparalleled level of dedication and unrelenting work ethic to achieve social value.”
