The HR Forum provides a space for all HR professionals in the welfare to work industry to share best practice and problem solve jointly. The HR Forum leads on the yearly industry Salary and Benefit Survey. 

The Forum has had a number of achievements over the past few years, including: 

• developing a set of industry-wide qualifications and a professional Institute; and
• facilitating a coordinated approach to TUPE when predecessor programmes came to an end and the Work Programme was established.

Currently the forum is doing ongoing work on recruiting and retaining talent within the industry.
