As the Employer Engagement & Partnerships Manager, you will lead on our employer engagement, undertaking recruitment and relationship building activities with potential employers and partners across the country in order to expand our employer engagement base and ensure effective input into skills delivery programmes and contracts.
Person Specification:
Knowledge
Essential:
- Knowledge of effective stakeholder recruitment techniques
- Knowledge and experience of business development process and techniques
- Project management experience and knowledge of how to apply project management to effective stakeholder management
- Knowledge of adult skills funding streams and employer engagement
- Minimum Level 6 qualified in a relevant subject area
Experience
Essential:
- Experience of working in either a participant or employer recruitment role, working to and exceeding KPIs
- Experience of account management/ relationship management in a post 16 setting
- Experience of working with different size organisations and across third, private and public sector organisations
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships at a leadership and management level in the education sector
- Experience of meeting and surpassing recruitment KPIs
