Education Development Trust are seeking expressions of interest from professionals to work on projects based in the West Yorkshire area, experienced in the areas of Employability support, Health and Wellbeing, Research and Development, Compliance, Administration and Management.
We are seeking individuals across the following keyskill/experience areas:
- Expertise supporting and motivating young people, adults and family units to plan and pursue positive routes to progression
- Experience of providing and coordinating assistance and guidance to persons with disabilities and barriers to work and trainingExperience in the provision of high-quality stakeholder engagement/management and effective liaison with a wide range of stakeholders, including government, employers, training providers and support services
- The promotion and coordination of health and wellbeing activities and support
- The mapping and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, identifying gaps in support and working collaboratively to formulate ideas/solutions
- Expertise in data analysis, generation of reports and administration
- Expertise in the interpretation and application of compliance and quality regulations and frameworks
- Experience of managing large-scale, complex and target driven contracts
- Experience of strategic leadership, managing multiple stakeholders to achieve collective aims in a supportive, efficient, and informed manner
