The right person:

Deadline: Midnight Sunday 28 January (Please note, we reserve the right to close our vacancies early if sufficient applications are received).

Assessment Day will take place on Tuesday 6th February (location to be confirmed).

To give us and you the best chance of ensuring the job is right for you, we run assessment days to support the selection process. These will include an introduction to EDT and the Careers sector. Where possible we prefer to run these in-person to give you opportunity to interact with hiring managers and other members of staff, as well as other candidates. This may not always be possible in which case we may run a virtual assessment centre.

If you are shortlisted, we will request attendance on a specified date and are grateful for your efforts to attend on that date, but where required and possible we will support you to manage existing commitments by providing an alternative option, if doing so will achieve the aims, ensuring a fair and equitable selection process for all candidates.

In most cases, individual interviews will be arranged only after success at the assessment day. These will usually be conducted online to minimise disruption for you, but we will do what we can to support your individual needs. Where possible, we will offer a selection of days/times to enable you to choose that most suitable for you. In some cases, interviews may be scheduled on the assessment day itself, in which case you will be informed beforehand.

All applicants are subject to thorough screening and for applicable roles, successful candidates are subject to relevant criminal record checks with national police authorities or the UK’s Disclosure and Barring Service.
