    ERSA membership is open to organisations delivering employment support services or with an interest in our sector. 

    ERSA’s members come from all sectors with activities are funded through public, commercial, charitable grant or contract income or through self-funded means.  All our members recognise the potential of people and communities and work together to deliver the very best services. 

    Full ERSA membership, from £330

    Full ERSA membership is open to any organisation which is delivering services or with an interest in the employment support sector (other than those delivering commercial services to full members – see below).  

    Members might be delivering in any of the following fields:

    • Employability in educational settings, including information, advice and guidance or skills development
    • Services to increase and sustain the employability of current and future jobseekers and learners
    • Services to maintain and develop and in employment
    • Services to support enterprise and self employment
    • Associated activities, including research, campaigns, policy, funding or advice services aimed at increasing employability. 

    ERSA full membership fees are calculated on the employment related services turnover of your organisation only. This funding might derive from public, commercial, charitable grant or contract income or through self-funded means. If you are unsure how the fees will apply to the structure of your organisation or you are part of a consortia pleased contact the membership team on  via membership@ersa.org.uk.
