EDT are currently recruiting for Work Related Learning Advisers and would be interested in talking to people with experience of working with young people and coordinating work experience activity, including employer engagement.

Location: West London (Hillingdon, Hounslow & surrounding areas these roles are hybrid so a mixture of travel across London and working from home).

These are full time, fixed term contracts until 31 March 2025

The role includes delivering workshops and 121’s to students and organising work experience placements.  This role is within our Get Ahead Work Experience Programme, funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund via the Greater London Authority.  The programme is targeted to deliver work experience placements to young people across London.  The adviser will engage with both schools and employers and will be involved in matching students to meaningful work experience placements. The Adviser will work within a team to deliver the programme, and duties will include project management of each education institution, marketing, delivering group sessions, 121 support to young people, and contributing to the implementation of operational plans.
