We are experts in the delivery of quality public services. In November 2020, 3SC were assessed for the first time against the supply chain management standard, Merlin. The assessment outcome was ‘Excellent’ recognising the sustainable excellence of our structured approach to supply chain management and positive partnership working with our delivery partners.
Our Merlin Assessment Result demonstrates 3SC’s commitment to developing healthy and high performing supply chains. To obtain ‘Excellent’ there has to be robust and consistent evidence from both 3SC and supply chain partners that confirms that the stated Merlin Standard requirements are embedded, applied creatively, innovatively and consistently, and are perceived as being over and above the norm. Our award means we’ve done all that (and more)!

3SC has a history of delivering high achieving employability programmes since our inception in 2009. Alongside our excellent Merlin standard result, we are currently seeking interest from SME organisations interested in delivering services as part of the Restart programme which gives Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for 12 months or more, additional support to find work.
