Design agency Humanly are working on in collaboration with GMCA, DWP and the Centre for Ageing Better to find out how best to support people aged over 50 into employment.
As part of this, they are conducting co-creation with different stakeholders, including people over 50, service providers and employers. Areas within Greater Manchester focussing on for this project include Trafford (Sale), Wigan (Bickershaw), and Manchester (Moss Side, Cheetham Hill).
Humanly are hoping to reach a range of employers to be involved in the co-creation and would love your help reaching some. It is a great opportunity for employers to have their say and share their views on what employer’s needs are when it comes to recruiting and retaining over 50s in employment.
- SMEs (primarily Micro-enterprises) and large national organisations
- Employers across a range of sectors and industries
- Employers that recruit in-house and employers that recruit through agencies
- Employers with an older workforce and employers with a younger workforce
