Gingerbread the charity is looking to develop a Quality Mark which will provide accreditation to employers as a single parent friendly employer.

We want to work towards supporting organisations with improving their work practices and encouraging a higher take up of job opportunities by single parents. The Quality Mark will demonstrate to single parents that employers recognise the contribution they make to the organisation and in turn benefit the company to be able to select high quality experienced staff from a much wider pool of talent as well improving morale within its workforce. We are undertaking a feasibility study around the development of a Quality Mark. We would really like your support with this and hope that your company would be able to participate in a survey which will assist us in the valuable development of this. The survey needs to be completed by a member of staff from your H.R/Diversity/Inclusion department or another relevant individual and takes around 7 minutes.  The quality mark will include practical support and be based on a self-assessment.

Share the survey with your employer contacts!
