The UK’s employment support sector came together on Tuesday 25th November to celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals, teams and organisations at the 2025 Employability Awards, held as part of ERSA’s annual conference. The Awards, sponsored by Elevate Employment Services, shine a spotlight on the people and partnerships transforming lives through employment support.
This year saw over 260 applications, reflecting the depth of commitment, innovation and impact across the sector. Finalists and guests gathered in London for an evening recognising excellence, creativity and dedication in helping people into good work. Two awards, Outstanding Contribution and Lifetime Achievement, were revealed on the night.
