Following her speech at ERSA’s Annual Conference, Kate Markey, Divisional Director of Employment Services at Forward Trust, caught up with Gavin O’Meara of FE News. 

Kate spoke to Gavin about Forward Trust’s work in prison education and direct employment of prison leavers. She explains how the organisation’s work is informed by an in-depth understanding of offenders’ motivation to change.
