We are delighted to announce the launch of ‘Employment Support for the Future Labour Market’, ERSA’s highly anticipated manifesto for 2024 and beyond.
In the face of unprecedented challenges shaping the UK’s labour market, this manifesto outlines our strategic vision and key recommendations to combat the economic challenges we face and drive better outcomes for everyone.
Our manifesto addresses critical issues such as the impact of an aging population, technological advancements, the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the ending of existing government employability programmes on employment and economic growth.
We recognise the invaluable role played by members of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) in adapting to these challenges and providing vital support to individuals and businesses across the nation.
Through five principal themes, including sustainable commissioning, a fairer labour market, access to provision, meeting the needs of employers, and health solutions for work, our manifesto offers concrete proposals to address current issues and drive better outcomes for all.
