ERSA’s Membership Engagement Platform
As you may know, the team have been working really hard behind the scene to develop a new digital offer for our members, and the wider employability sector. This includes a new responsive website and employability space bringing organisations together in one place to keep you informed, up-skilled and connected.

What’s it all about?
Think LinkedIn for the Employability Sector! Attend live events and watch the ones you’ve missed, virtual networking, latest sector updates, resources, information on new opportunities, contract announcements, funding alerts, call for partners, collaboration, job vacancies, labour market statistics, research, evidence of what works, surveys, polls and much much more! Each membership organisation will be invited to set up a profile showcasing their employability offer and services, special interests, contract wins, forums they attend, call for partners, job vacancies and all the usual ERSA and sector services and more besides! The new platform has been developed with our members in mind and to cope with the increasing demand for ERSA events and services.

Do you sometimes miss ERSA events and alerts?
You’ll also be able to set up notifications, save events to your calendar and manage alerts from your new profile area. Don’t worry we’ll have plenty of information, user guides and events to help get you set up and make the most of this new exciting resource.

Help ERSA shout about the services you deliver!
We will be in touch with key contacts for each of our membership organisations so now is a great time to update your profile here and make sure your organisation is listed on the ERSA website correctly here

We are hoping to go live in the spring, but before we do, we need to test the system, and we need your help and feedback. Each week in the run up, the team will be online, along with our web developer Mo to test ERSA Live, our new video conferencing platform, fix any bugs that might come up and take your feedback to make this the best it can be.

A number of sessions will be scheduled for the coming weeks. if you would like to help ERSA test and shape ERSA Live by attending the meetings, providing feedback, along with an opportunity to ask membership and sector questions please email the team at membership@ersa.org.uk. The sessions will be kept informal as we test the functionality, there’s likely to be a few bumps in the road as we go, so grab a coffee and drop if you or one of your team can make it.

If you can make it, in full, in part, or running in the background, please email us at membership@ersa.org.uk for an invite and joining link.

Not a member yet?
Once our new membership platform goes live, non-members will still have access to the public areas of our website, and access to things like to Kickstart Community and Youth Hubs Forums which we’ll keep open for the liffetime of the scheme or initiative. However, to gain full access to everything listed above, you’ll need to consider joining ERSA. Now’s a great time to join the voice of employment support, membership fees start from just £300 for 12 months of unlimited access to ERSA events, services, and alerts.
