Today, the voice of employment support has launched a new membership service.
Following on from the Building Partnerships series we are now launching ERSA Partnerships.
We are also reviewing ERSA Forums and welcome suggestions for future Forum topics, and for new Forums.
ERSA Partnerships will enable the sector to meet and collaborate at a national level, a local level, and around delivery to specific groups of jobseekers.
As soon as CAEHRS Tier 1 and 2 are announced ERSA will be holding an online Meet the Primes event, giving organisations the chance to learn more about who has been successful in each CPA.
Another “In Conversation with the DWP” event is planned (date to be confirmed) at which the DWP Commercial Team will outline their plans and opportunities for the sector.
The ERSA Partnerships survey gives organisations the chance to connect with other organisations delivering or planning to deliver local provisions, it is an opportunity to collaborate and share good practice. This could be existing provision for example a Youth Employment delivery organisation in Cornwall could twin with one in Cumbria.
Or you may be planning new provision, for example writing a proposal for a Women’s Employment project in your local area. An organisation in Birmingham could twin with one in Newcastle and consider if they could collaborate, joint bid write, share costs etc.
ERSA Partnerships will facilitate introductions, then it is up to you. Want to meet others?
