Open Survey: The Employability Sector Salary and Benefits Survey 2021
Back by popular demand, the Industry Salary and Benefits Survey is now open! If not you, please could you forward this on to the most appropriate person in your organisation, only one response can be accepted and analysed.
Given the length of the survey, you can save your place, and return to it at any time during the data collection period. The survey will remain open throughout the summer to allow organisations to complete.
Note that all data will be collected and stored as part of an ongoing study.
We ask that you answer all questions as honestly as possible. Please be assured that complete confidentiality will be observed at all times and that no individual or organisation will be identified as the source of any specific data.

This year, we have new bandings to help compare to similar employability roles with other similar sized organisations. Typically organisations will be segmented into the following bands;
Band Organisation (self selected)
Band A Large contract holders, such as award winners of tier 1 DWP CAEHRS Framework Providers
Band B Organisations awarded smaller contracts, like tier 2 CAEHRS
Band C Small providers, locally based, specialist or sole traders
You do not need to be a member of ERSA to complete the survey, although there will be a charge for non members to access the final report. If you have been thinking about joining, this could be the perfect time, read more about subscription fees and benefits here.
A copy of the final report will be free for all ERSA members, contributors will be able to download a copy for £200 and non contributing organisations £400, prices will include VAT at the prevailing rate. ERSA members, and organisations that have paid for the final report will be invited to a launch event in July, date to be announced in due course.
