Now that the working from home guidance has been relaxed, how are your working arrangements going to change? Is your employer more open to flexible or hybrid working? How are they consulting you and your colleagues on these changes? What impact will post-lockdown working practices have on your work-life balance, your commuting patterns and on your wellbeing?

Since 2020 (in partnership with Southampton Business School and Half the Sky) our ESRC-funded Work After Lockdown project has been collecting data from people who have been through several working from home transitions and our latest survey gives you an opportunity to share your own experiences as we enter the latest phase of this large-scale ‘experiment’ in remote and hybrid working.

Please complete our confidential questionnaire and help us to track the employee experience as the working from home mandate is relaxed.  Your responses will be collected anonymously and there will be no way of tracking who you are or who you work for.

The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and a Progress Bar at the bottom of the screen will show you how far through the questionnaire you are. For convenience, you can save your answers part way through and resume later.

Our aim is to report the findings in ways which help employers, public health officials and policy makers to assess how working at home for an extended period is affecting the UK workforce, many thanks for your assistance with our research.
