Career Connect
Connect To Your Future (CTYF) was commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority to help young people recover from the pandemic and to deliver improved economic, environmental, and social wellbeing and value for money. Delivered by Career Connect and partners, CTYF supported more than 1,260 young people into education or training.
Genius Within are a majority neurodivergent Community Interest Company specialising in neuro-inclusion in the workplace. We work with clients at all stages of their employment journey helping them to understand how to maximise their strengths and mitigate their challenges. We have supported thousands of individuals to access employment and further their career. 36% of our unemployed clients moving into employment versus a national average of 6% (over a 3-month period). 75% of our clients have moved from inactively to actively seeking work, or education and training.
