The Restart Scheme, part of the Government’s ‘Plan for Jobs’ initiative, aims to help individuals develop skills for long-term, meaningful employment. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) selected Serco to deliver the Restart Scheme in two Contract Package Areas (CPAs) – CPA1a (West Central), encompassing Black Country, Coventry, Greater Birmingham, Solihull, The Marches and Worcestershire, and CPA6 – Wales.
