ERSA, supported by Hudson and Hayes produced a paper on AI in Employability. This was developed following two in person workshops with ERSA members drawn from smaller specialist to large prime contract holders.
In this webinar, we launch AI in Employability: Opportunities, Challenges and the Road Ahead. The report considers the current landscape, the opportunities and risks of AI, AI and the participant journey, where AI can make a difference, and policy and practice recommendations.
