At this edition of the Employer Engagement forum, we are joined by Sharon Lane from Transform Lives. Sharon shares how they approach employer engagement as a small social enterprise, giving examples around Guaranteed Interviews and supporting people with ‘employer encounters’ more generally.
We are also be joined by Laura Savage from PeoplePlus to talk about their Social Recruitment Advocacy Group, which encourages employers to place greater emphasis on recruiting people who are disadvantaged in the labour market.
