At this Enterprise Works forum, we are joined by Tevfick Souleiman, head of Enterprise, and Stephen Anderson, Enterprise Coach, from Forward Trust. They introduce Forward Trust and Forward Enterprise, present a deep dive into data and impact since 2020, and reflect on shaping and delivering support.
Tev joined Forward in March 2020 after previously running his own law firm. He is a qualified careers guidance officer now leading the Enterprise Support Team, using his past entrepreneurial experience and lived experiencing to help those who are interested in setting up their own enterprise, with a special interest in supporting ex-offenders and those with mental health issues.
Stephen has a passion for enterprise and entrepreneurial development work. He works to support clients to develop their business idea, with a strong interest in the food sector after running a family business catering service. He has over 7 years in business and well over 12 years working in the enterprise development sector.
We are also joined by Alistair Clarke from The Social Enterprise Network for Lancashire (Selnet).
Selnet work to raise the profile of social enterprise across the region, represent the interests of the sector and their membership, encourage support and the sharing of best practice, and strengthen the sector by working with other bodies. Due to its successful delivery of programmes and the cohesive Lancashire network Selnet is recognised as the voice of Social Enterprises within the county, representing the interests of the Lancashire social businesses at regional and national level. Bringing resources into the county to enable these businesses to grow, local communities to prosper and individuals to benefit from services and engage within their local area.
