The ERSA Employability Awards are the biggest celebration in the employment support sector.
This prestigious event – sponsored by Whitehead-Ross Education – now in its 12th year is the chance for the sector to celebrate its work and to champion the great work don’t by individuals, teams, partnerships and providers.

This year’s highly anticipated awards programme recognises exceptional commitment, pioneering approaches, and the dedicated expertise of everyone working for better work by supporting disadvantaged people move closer and into employment.

“The ERSA Employability Awards exist to showcase the work done by the employment support sector, it gives is a chance to celebrate.
This is a unique opportunity to champion the sector’s work and to highlight the outstanding efforts of those who use their skills, initiative and empathy to help change people’s lives.
This year there are new categories reflecting the focus of the sector.”
The awards are free to enter until 12 noon on Friday 27th September 2024, and are open to any individual, team or organisation of any size that supports jobseekers to find worthwhile work and achieve sustainable careers. More than 200 entries were received last year from organisations across the UK. Entries are judged by an independent panel of experts and winners will be announced at ERSA’s Annual Conference.
The Employability Awards shortlist will be published on Monday 14th October 2024.
All organisations shortlisted will be showcased in a virtual Employability Awards brochure and on the ERSA website.
