The ‘Employment Data Lab and sharing data for research’ Workshop
ERSA facilitated a workshop on Monday 4 October 2021 to talk through how the Data Lab Service will work and the sharing of participant data for research, supporting you to use this service. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are in the process of developing a new service called the Employment Data Lab.

The aim of the service is to carry out impact evaluations on employment-related interventions provided by organisations like yours. The service involves participating organisations sharing their data on an intervention with the Data Lab team (in DWP) so that it can be analysed and evaluated and a report shared back.

The aim is to build understanding on what works in helping people into employment.
